"Followed recipe except the wrapping in plastic wrap and still turned out perfect.... Excellent flavor."
Reviewed Asparagus Bundles
"My husband's response was "take something healthy and cover it with fat and sugar." Then he said... these are INCREDIBLE. Wow, love them and with have to learn to eat in moderation. Love watching the show... thanks for sharing."

"These are so delicious and easy that you'll never buy frozen again!! "
Reviewed Chili Verde
"Love this recipe. It's the best I've found so far. I do tweak it a little - instead of chicken broth, I use good Mexican beer. So easy to make too. Thanks to Slim's for sharing."

I did use canned pineapple and added an egg and some panko crumbs just because of what some of the reviewers said about them falling apart. Next time wi"
Reviewed Fried Chicken
"I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of the bone-in. Time cooking was shorter and I was confident the meat was done. I didn't have the chili spice so used a little hot sauce for the marinade. It was delicious - the best I've ever had. Thanks Bobby!"
