Loved it! May try the roasted garlic next that another reviewer suggested. Quick too! New staple for me.

Not sure if it was me or the recipe. My chicken didn't brown and was just kind of blah. Maybe it really needed more kick from the hot sauce but I have little kids so didn't want to make it too hot for them. I did love the cauliflower mash though.

So so good! Followed recipe and family loved it.

Reviewed Steak Oscar

Nov 30, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

The steak melted in my mouth. It was one of the most simple, elegant dinners I've ever made. I still can't believe how easy it all was to make rather quickly. Wouldn't change one thing in the recipes.

Good base but needs some adjustments for my tastes buds. My family LOVED the rice and flavor but chops were a little tough for me. If you like white meat, don't mess with the recipe other than adding your favorite spices to the meat before cooking. (We always add Garlic Lover's Garlic seasoning... from Oregon... and I did brown the chops first."

My husband's response was "take something healthy and cover it with fat and sugar." Then he said... these are INCREDIBLE. Wow, love them and with have to learn to eat in moderation. Love watching the show... thanks for sharing."

Love this recipe. It's the best I've found so far. I do tweak it a little - instead of chicken broth, I use good Mexican beer. So easy to make too. Thanks to Slim's for sharing."

Loved it!! I could only find 7 ounce packages of Maria's cookies so bought 2 and used all of them. It was too much I think. Next time I'd use less cookies or more egg whites. But flavor was incredible and will be making for family next time. We topped with strawberries and blueberries. Delicious!!! Love watching MME and trying out Marcela r"

First time I made chicken noodle and used this recipe. It was a good starting place but agree with other reviews about blending up vegetables. Next time I think I'd add more vegetables to the broth. It did need a lot of salt for our tastes buds.""

Reviewed Burger Al Pastor

I thought these burgers were fantastic. Tasted just like an al pastor taco you'd get in the streets of T.J. The flavor was incredible - nice mix with the chilis and sweetness of the pineapple. I did use canned pineapple and added an egg and some panko crumbs just because of what some of the reviewers said about them falling apart. Next time wi"

I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of the bone-in. Time cooking was shorter and I was confident the meat was done. I didn't have the chili spice so used a little hot sauce for the marinade. It was delicious - the best I've ever had. Thanks Bobby!"
