"Great marinade for chicken sandwiches. We loved it, but our family was a little overpowered by the lemon and tanginess, so next time I would use a half a lemon. Also, I cooked the chicken a little too long, so we had to use mayo/honey mustard with the sandwich which added another layer of flavor. Will make again. Love portable meals."
