Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken

I tried this today. I improvised a bit. No lemon or fresh herbs , I'm sure it would be even better with the fresh. I used dried herbs and a little balsamic vinegar. I used yellow potatoes and carrots for the veggie base. It was AWESOME. I followed the cooking instructions and it was perfect. The veggies were worth the price of admission. Yummy "
