Reviewed Hearty Butternut Squash Soup

Dec 29, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

This soup was delicious! I'd only ever had butternut squash once before in a stew and wasn't crazy about it but thought I'd give it another shot and am glad I did. Next time I will try marinating even longer, overnight, as I only marinated about 8 hours. "

Instead of fresh pasta and sauce, I used dried manicotti and Barilla tomato basil sauce. I followed the rest of the recipe as written with the exception of allowing it to bake for an additional 10 minutes or so to make sure the middle "
