Reviewed Hearty Butternut Squash Soup

This soup was delicious! I'd only ever had butternut squash once before in a stew and wasn't crazy about it but thought I'd give it another shot and am glad I did. The only changes I made were to use 2% milk instead of cream and dried sage instead of fresh (used 1/3 of original amount). I also halved the recipe.

This was really delicious!! The only changes i made were to use 5 chicken legs and 2 boneless breasts and then cooked it in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. The meat was so tender and the spice rub was great. This recipe made a ton of rice, which my husband didn't mind!"

This was a really good recipe, a nice change from my usual plain roasted pork. I had most of the ingredients on hand already, only had to purchase the peaches. I roasted a 1 1/4 lb roast therefore cut the barbecue sauce amount in half and I still had plenty. Also cut the cook time down to about 45 minutes. Served with mashed potatoes and roasted b"

This was a great summer recipe! Simple but flavorful ingredients and the chicken tasted even better the next day. I did make a slight modification of using seperate chicken pieces instead of a whole chicken therefore did not use the bricks. Next time I will try marinating even longer, overnight, as I only marinated about 8 hours. "

Overall, this recipe was very good. I made several modifications which without, may have bumped it up to 5 stars. Instead of fresh pasta and sauce, I used dried manicotti and Barilla tomato basil sauce. I followed the rest of the recipe as written with the exception of allowing it to bake for an additional 10 minutes or so to make sure the middle "
