Reviewed Cast Iron Skillet Corn Bread

I liked it ok. I thought it was too buttery and I like my corn bread sweeter. It was moist with out being cakey which is how my daughter likes cornbread. Directions were clear and it was easy to make. I might try it again with canola oil instead of butter."
