Check out my food/cooking blog!  I'm not a professionally (or otherwise) trained chef, but my knowledge and love of cooking and food came from growing up in an Italian family where food was at the center of everything. Good times, sad times-it didn't matter. We were always cooking and eating. I've taken that life long love for food and cooking, added my love for cookbooks and food tv, and you've got Cooking with Joe Frescatore. By day, I'm a school principal, but on my off time, you can always find me in the kitchen!
