“This is REALLY good, and, as others have said, totally worth the effort. Honsetly the best jambalya I've ever had, anywhere. A few modifications that we made:
- 1/4 tspn of salt (total). I think you could totally skip the salt and wouldn't be able to tell.
- substitute 2 cups of chicken stock (not broth) for 2 cups of the water.
