Reviewed Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic
"So good and really easy. The simple recipes really are the best! I used a whole 4.5 roaster chicken that I de-skinned and cut up. The meat was tender and fell off the bones the sauce was fantastic. I love spreading roasted garlic on slices of bread. Yumm!"
"Spicy but, I love spice so it's yummy. I just used the 4 cups as I like a thicker non broth soup. I omitted the chipotle cream which likely would have tempered the heat somewhat but, it was still a soup my husband and I loved. Filling dinner for soup and salad."
Reviewed French Toast
"*singsongy* yummy yummy yummy. So good. I had never finished off french toast in the oven and it really helps with cooking evenly all the way through as I love THICK french toast slices. I find that leaving the bread out overnight, pre sliced, in a single layer in an open bag dries out the bread enough to soak in the custard. I left the slices out"
Reviewed Cajun Jambalaya
"So yummy! I added about a half cup red wine and used brown rice. Otherwise all Emeril and fantastic! Not a spoonful leftover.""
"Very very good recipe. The BBQ sauce is amazing and you will have extra which is fine for making BBQ chicken in the slow cooker during the week. The mop sauce was also very good. ""
Reviewed Warm Wilted Winter Greens
"I used just escarole and this was so yummy. It pairs wonderfully with a savory main such as beef wellingtons or pot pies. I also tossed the escarole into a sate pan for a few minutes to help with the wilting proccess.""
Reviewed Individual Beef Wellingtons
"Outstanding! I replaced the pate with a thin slice of Blue Cheese as we aren't fans of pate. I also cook the wellingtons for a couple minutes seam side up then flip over for the duration of cooking so that the bottoms of the pastry cooks all the way through.""
Reviewed Pecan Bars
"Fantastic! These went fast. My husband told me guessed were is favorite thingy I made duringg thanksgiving and I Nader everything. The only thing I do diffferent is I substituted rolled Oates for flour in the crust.""
