Good flavor but too little liquid specified. Need ~3x liquid to solids. I used 2.25c of liquid and had to add almost another cup at the end when I realized the rice was still undercooked . I would cook peppers in 3c broth/water as it will evaporate to 2.75c. I used NM chiles only and kept most of the seeds but"

Very tasty, especially the meat filling. I'd make again with these changes:
- Use parboiled rice, at least 10-15 mins cooked instead of raw. The bigger your cabbage bundle the less likely the rice is to cook through. My rice was undercooked even after 1 hr.
- I don't like sweet mains, so I cut the sugar in half to .25c and it tasted...
