Reviewed real meatballs and spaghetti

4 days ago on FoodNetwork.com

This recipes was excellent. I made it exactly as directed. I like things saucey so this was a little lacing in the sauce. I didn't use all of the meatballs & only 13.25 pounds of pasta & it was still a little dry. Next time I will double the sauce part. Otherwise, this is a keeper.

This was excellent. I served it for Christmas dinner & it was a big hit. I thought there was a bit to much red wine especially in the Au Jus, but the it was really good after reducing it down. I will definitely make this again.

These were wonderful. This is my new favorite recipe for roasted red potatoes. I only had red potatoes so that's what I used & it was just fine. I have had a crock of Herbs de Provence for a while, but haven't known what to do with them, so this is a good way to use them up. I will definitely make this again

Reviewed Cajun Jambalaya

Nov 9, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

This was excellent, though a little spicy for m, but my husband really likied it. I would probably cut down on the creole or hot sauce next time for me.
I used a little more chicken stock, I like things juicy, and a red bell pepper for some color. I will definitely make this again.

Reviewed Crispy Coriander Potatoes

These potatoes were fabulous! I ground up the fennel seeds (I was afraid the seeds might be to strong) so they weren't crispy, but what great flavor. I can't wait to make these again.""
