"I made this last Thanksgiving and though it takes some extra effort, it is way, way, WAY worth it! I would have a hard time not using this recipe after trying it and am looking forward to it again this Thanksgiving. I made it for our entire family get-together and everybody raved about it, moist, extremely flavorful and delicious. Brining makes a huge difference, simething I didn't know before I tried it and I am so glad I did. I followed the recipe exactly and it is perfect. I did not try the gravy so can't rate that.
