I cooked this from memory, so forgot to pat dry. I omitted the parsley and added a sprinkle of low sodium seasoning salt to the fish before I dredged it. Excellent. I will make again."

OMG! These are so good! I used the smaller cookie scoop and got 30 cookies instead of 15. Mine turned out thin and chewy, vs the soft oatmeal cookies I am used to. I loved the texture and taste. I'll make these again and again. I used walnuts instead of pecans, but followed the recipe exactly otherwise. ""

To be fair, I hate radishes. Always have. But I feel like I should like them, so I tried again. The small ones tasted like weird potatoes--ok, but not great. The large ones were slightly bitter, like a bitter green. The other veggies were fantastic. I will make again but leave out the radishes. ""

I made only the dipping sauce, so will review that. I used regular old Jif type peanut butter; otherwise I followed the rest of the dipping sauce recipe to a 't'. The proportions for water are completely off in this recipe. You must have meant either to drain the soaking water OR to add 2 cups, not 2 quarts, of water later.
