Reviewed Crispy Golden Sauteed Fish

"I cooked this from memory, so forgot to pat dry. I omitted the parsley and added a sprinkle of low sodium seasoning salt to the fish before I dredged it. Excellent. I will make again."

Reviewed Chinese Fried Rice

"Really good. Only changes: I make it without the meat and serve as a side dish. I use only toasted sesame oil--it totally makes the dish. Thanks for a great recipe."

Reviewed Ginger-Lemon Oatmeal Cookies

"OMG! These are so good! I used the smaller cookie scoop and got 30 cookies instead of 15. Mine turned out thin and chewy, vs the soft oatmeal cookies I am used to. I loved the texture and taste. Reviewed Senate Bean Soup

"The proportions for water are completely off in this recipe. You must have meant either to drain the soaking water OR to add 2 cups, not 2 quarts, of water later. I made it as directed--watery, tasteless, a waste of money. So I added more flavor, which sadly meant a lot of salt, to make it edible. I will make again and significantly decrease th..."
