I'm disabled, but I don't let this stop my passion for food and cooking. My passion for cooking comes from my love for great tasting food and the challenge that comes with achieving a great dish with an awesome presentation.
I love to barbeque (smoked meat) and prepare dishes with colorful vegetables. My best dish is a stuffed pork chop served over a bed of rice flavored with spices and vegetables. I would also say rosotto is a famous dish of mine for its wide range of sea-food and protiens that can be added for an instant meal any family would love.
For me, my favorite restaurant would be "Outback steak house". This might not be a normal restaurant a chef may like, but I like their menu of rice, noodles, seafood, and protiens they put together with their selection of spices.
