This was a delicious meal in a bowl! I made it with quinoa and it was excellent! I would definitely make it again. Loved all the flavours and I found that roasting the shrimp produced the juiciest shrimp I've ever made!"

This was a great dish! Very easy, light, healthy and great mix of flavours.I substituted low calorie plain yogurt for Greek yogurt and used honey, and it was still delicious. "
