These flavor in these was very good. I did many many substitutions based on what I had available and love that the recipe allows for many different combinations. I had a little trouble frying the flautas-- it took a few tries until they stayed together!""

We thought this recipe was great! We found that when frying the croutons it was best to add them one by one to the oil and move them around on a slotted spoon for about 10-15 seconds, until a crust formed and they stopped sticking. ""
