"Buccatini is one of my favorite pastas, unfortunately I have to go to an Italian Specialty market to purchase it, which is no problem because I buy everything they have!!. I added some crushed red pepper and a ladle of pasta water and of course pecorino romano!!!!! Bellisimo!
