Reviewed Chicken in Creamy Tomato Curry: Chicken Tikka Masala
"Aarti, Aarti, Aarti, this has to be the best chicken tikka masala that I have ever tasted. My husband loved it and so did I. I kept the seeds of the serrano pepper and so it was def hot hot hot but so worth it. I did not use as much butter or heavy cream (watching calories) but to be frank I really did not miss it. This recipe is def by far one of"
Reviewed Mushroom, Onion and Basil Pizza
"This was a great pick if you are looking to go vegetarian. The mushrooms add great depth to the pizza. I was expecting the cheese to run thin since Elle's dishes are usually on the healthier side but to my surprise the desh had more than enough cheese, my only recommenation would be use to a tad bit more parmesan cheese to add to flavor and salt to the overall taste. But all in all def will try this again.

Reviewed Chicken Milanese with Tomato and Fennel Sauce
"I made this for the first time today and it tasted great. I took the advice of someone who reviewed this recipe prior to me and used cream cheese with a 1/3 less fat instead of Mascarpone cheese to cut down on the fat just a bit and it tasted great. I did not miss the mascarpone cheese in this at all. As for the fennel I would recommend that you cut the slices extremely thin as recommended by Giada because it will melt into the sauce. I noticed the thicker pieces really stuck out as we were eating it.
This goes great with a glass of wine. I recommend it to anyone looking to make something for a special evening. One more thing the recipe calls for breadcrumbs which is way more than one should need, i ended up throughing alot of it away. Thanks Giada this was a winner my husband loved it!!

Reviewed Sausage and Roasted Vegetable Penne
"This was the first of Melissa's recipe that I tried and my whole family loved it. Once the veggies have roasted its amazing to see how the wine, and roasted veggies come together to make the dish almost saucy. I actually liked it more once the dish had come to room temp. because I think you got to tast the depth of flavor packed in this dish. Melissa, you have made a fan out of me! IT was fairly simple to make as well. I could even see myself make this for a large gathering since it also looked very elegant.
