"I love these little pies and make them all the time now. Make them on the weekend them freeze them individually in foil and just throw in the oven for during the week when I need a dessert for myself. Nice that my family likes them too so I don't have to make separate desserts. Warm, sweet, crunchy and creamy all at the same time. ""
