Reviewed Braised Cabbage

Excellent! I followed the recipe closely and it was delicious. I used Savoy and a Sam Adams and while lovely like that, I added a bit of red wine vinegar when I re-seasoned at the end. I only did that because the cabbage was somewhat bitter and I'm not into that. A different type of cabbage may solve that, though. ""
