I made this last night and it was incredible! My wife doesn't like really spicy food, so I reduced the 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper down to just a pinch. For the hot sauce, I used 1 tbls of shiracha and 1 tbls of Frank's Red hot in the marinade. Added 3 tbls of fresh chopped cilantro to the marinade and 2 tbls of cilantro to the mayo. Didn't bother"
