Reviewed Carrot Cake
"My son and I love carrot cake, but do not like nuts or pineapple in it. This recipe has to be the best ever!!! I use my 9" springform pan to bake this in. It has always turned out wonderful. Made it for friends at church for Christmas one year and got rave reviews. One of the ladies said she usually doesn't like cream cheese frosting but that this one was very good and asked for the recipe. "
