Reviewed chicken, sausage and peppers

Made this per the recipe for years and it was great (5 stars). Tonight I threw a twist in. Instead of hot Italian I used fresh Chorizo and in place of the jarred cherry peppers and juice I used a habernero pepper. Served over jasmati rice. Just as awesome or even a bit more awesome, I think because of the fresh chorizo.

Delish! Very tender and moist. Agree with others on cutting down on lemon juice a bit since it can overpower the delicate taste of the fish (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). Just because it's how I roll, added a splash of Sauv Blanc to the sauce. Yummy!
