It was very good. Cooked 8LB roast for 7 hours. It was not fall off the bone tender. Probably could have cooked longer. It was a lot of work to shred. Made about 18 sandwiches. Made 10 college boys very happy. Was thinking I would not keep the recipe until my husband had his sandwich and said....you better keep this one!!

Good and easy BUT was over powered by the onions!! OMG! Do not use red onions! Use something milder and a WHOLE lot less onion. Totally ruined this recipe for me. Was so easy to prepare was so tasty until you ran into the countless onions...am very bummed...so looked forward to trying this!! "

Made this for my father who is a purest. His favorite ice cream is plain old chocolate and he eats popcorn almost nightly. Adding anything to his popcorn was a little risky. HE LOVED IT! Called me for the recipe! Big success and so easy to add this special touch!"
