"I have used this the past two years and will continue to use it for quite awhile. I have brined turkeys in the past but the recipes were far more complicated and required too much cooling time. This is easy and tastes great. The mollasses and soy sause make a weird color but it browns beautifully. We cook our turkey on the grill (even in Chicago).""
