Reviewed Sour Cream Cupcakes

"I didn't make the frosting (I have my own stand-by but these cupcakes were delicious. Moist and yummy with great flavor. I halved the recipe and it still made 8 regular sized cupcakes and 20 minicupcakes. I took out my cupcakes at about 18 minutes--beware of the 20 minute cooking time! My minicupcakes took around 8-9 minutes. Thanks!"
