"Very tasty,however,go easy on the salt as the bacon makes this quiche salty enough. I used an 8 inch deep pie dish and the quantity of filling as stated was just enough.

Next time I make this I will add a finely diced green onion.""

"This is a fantastic recipe with a delicious rich flavour. I made it today and the family loved. I must admit that I used store bought pastry though.

The only change I made was to add less liquid - reduced to about three quarters as the recipe made lots of gravy.""
