Reviewed Old-Time Beef Stew

Delicious! I read some of the other posts which recommended swapping beef broth for the water and they were absolutely right. I found I had to double the liquid quantity to cover my meat. When I did this, I also doubled the spices (except the salt). I also added some cubed potatoes and peas.
