Definitely needed something. Followed the recipe to a tee, and had to figure in some major things that she forgot to mention, both in the recipe and the video. Cook no more than 4 minutes per side, otherwise they will burn. Turn the pork chops at a different angle after 2 minutes for even browning. They also need to go in the oven at 375 for 8-10...
