I used this recipe for Christmas dinner last year, it was such a hit, that it will be used again this Christmas. It really is foolproof. the only change I made was to cook a little longer because we like a meat a little more "done". Love starting new Christmas traditions!!!""

I made these burgers tonight for dinner after watching the show today. They were awesome, and I'm usually not a fan of ground chicken! The rosemary, mayo and arugula( I LOVE these ingredients added a very good flavor to the burgers. I doubled the recipe with no problems! I have made it twice each time my grocery store didn't have an ingredient, the first time I substituted spinach for arugula and the second time they were out of chives which I just left out. Still great! I did put the dressing on the side each time and just spooned it onto the salad."
