“1 cup of salt is ridiculous. I knew better when I read it, but decided to follow it any ways. I LOVE salt and have to be careful not to salt things too much. I had to smother this fish in tarter sauce, lettuce and tomato to kill the salt. As soon as I tasted how terribly salty it was, I added another 1/2 beer and cup of flour to try and dilute it. ”
