I am so picky about coleslaw and finally found one I truly love...I used Napa cabbage instead of regular, and mixed in a little purple cabbage..I like it more this way..Also used red and orange bells instead of green for more color and flavor. Craisins (Cranberry) are awesome for for the cranberry add..The small package is the exact right amount y"

I've made these a few times and I have to say to peel them first. They cook a little faster and on the right grill they will mark up a little better for presentation *Grill marks*..and I like the texture a little more...I also use skewers and put about 6 jumbo prawns per skewer ...I think the shell is more of a show thing..Peel them rascals..You ...
