I found this stuffing to be absolutely delicious! I used 3 boxes of Jiffy cornbread. I only used 4 eggs and added 1.5 boxes of 32 ounces Kitchen Basics chicken stock. I think the best thing to do is add enough broth to make the cornbread/bread very damp. Not soupy. Stop adding broth when it seems enough. Delicious, and the poultry seasoning is a ...

An excellent, moist cornbread! I doubled the recipe and it turned out perfect. The only change I made is not use as much oil, per other suggestions. This is a keeper!

This is a fantastic chili recipe! Seriously, any recipe that starts with butter AND bacon grease- and ends with a bottle of beer has got to be good. I would recommend plenty of cooking time (I think more than 2 hours) to make the chuck tender. It's a spicy recipe and loaded with flavor. Definitely a 5 star chili!
