This was a very easy and tasty recipe. However, I scaled down the quantity of the scallions. 10 is too much!! I used only 6. Also, I didn't have any mint or basil on hand. The flavors were really fresh but would have been even better with those two herbs along with the parsley. I served with fresh pita and babagonush! Thank you Ina!!!!
