I've made this recipe several times using different combinations of shrimp, king crab, halibut, rock fish, or scallops. It's always for a crowd so I always have served it over pasta. It has become one of our family favorites. Someday, if I'm ever cooking for just a few, I'll make it as an au gratin, but try tossing it with a nice egg pasta. Yo"
