"3 years ago I was looking for a recipe to make my own hot chocolate and tried this one and loved it. Can't drink store bought now even if "premium". I don't add the cayenne pepper because of having small children, but will sometimes add my own Irish Cream syrup, Redi Whip, or even coffee creamer. Love it! And, at least you know what ingredient"
Reviewed Chocolate-Avocado Mousse
"Impressed! My only recommendation would be to reduce the cocoa a little and make sure to use good quality chocolate like Ghiradelli. Usually I can eat a lot of mousse or pudding, but a little of this goes a long way. Didn't thin it out w/ Almond Milk like some of the other reviews indicated because we liked it thick. Thanks Giada!"
