I have been ordering Mole for years, it is one of my favorite dishes in a Mexican restaurant. I have never tried making it, thinking it was too difficult-"27 spices and chocolate" was how I always heard it explained...but this recipe was easy, we had most of the ingredients in the house except the chilies. About Me
I live in Oregon with my husband Gary...we both enjoy cooking and eating! Eating more than cooking! We watch lots of Food Network shows and think Jeff is doing great as the newest member of The Food Network Family. We have tried two recipes so far- The Sweet Potato Fries are wonderful! And today we have een working on the Chicken Mole....I have been ordering mole for years, but always shyed away from making it as I thought it was too difficult. It has lots of ingredients, but well worth it!
