I've done this recipe for the last 2 years for Christmas Eve. What a treat. I also place garlic slivers in the roast as well as the garlic in the house seasoning. Wow what a yummy meal before Santa comes!

Made it with what I thought would be more substantial. Added 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic. I did 2 cups stock to 2 cups water.
