"Going in I thought of this cake as a pound cake recipe. With all the butter, buttermilk and cocnut milk I knew it would be dense and rich. I too had to add cooking time, overall it was a huge success at our monthy dinner party! Loved it and will make it again and again!"
About Me
Cooking is a huge part of our life! Kids are all grown up so we test things out on our friends at our monthly dinner parties. We love the outdoors, gardening, canning, hunting, fishing and last but not least NASCAR!!
