Reviewed Blue Cheese Dip

Sep 26, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

It's pretty much a good standard however I add a little garlic. Perfect for hot wings. For the reviewer that is trying to be polite and gave it only one star, I suggest she use plain bleu cheese sprinkled on a salad or such and not even consider using it as a sauce. Hasn't she ever heard of blue cheese dressing??""

Reviewed Kicked Up Scotch Eggs

Good recipe but in my opinion, it needs a little modification. I used andouille sausage. Cut the skin off and pulsed in a food processor. Second change I made was to use Panko crumbs instead of regular bread crumbs. Thirdly, after the eggs were deep fried, I put them in a preheated oven at 375 for 8 minutes. They came out perfect."

Reviewed Easy Enchilada Sauce

This is so much better than canned and very easy to prepare. It was just a little too thick for me so I added a little more stock. I'll never buy canned again and I'll use this recipe from here on out.
