Reviewed Toasted Pound Cake with Citrus Cream

The first time I made this it was better than I expected. Went to make it today and my first batch curdled! My second batch would not firm up (although I had to use regular cream cheese but I doubt that would make a difference). The ONLY difference I believe was to use an electric mixer versus a hand mixer. Any ideas???"
