Reviewed Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
"Again, genius.
I quadrupled this recipe for a party of about 25-30 (there was about 40lbs of other foods, too).
I did add extra Parm, and a 1/2tsp of Cajun spice.
They killed it. Killed it. All of it."
Reviewed Pan Seared Rib Eye
"Unreal.
For hubby's b-day we went to a gourmet butcher and spent $50 on a 1 1/2lb Delmonico Rib Eye for him and a 1lb sirloin for me- Prime (way too much, but the smallest cuts. For sure didn't want to mess them up, so of course turn to AB.
They were simply perfect. We reduced the 2 minutes to 1:30 since we like our meat just this side of blue. After resting, they were absolutely perfect.
This man is a genius."

Reviewed Spaghetti alla Carbonara
"Unreal.
Never had carbonara, never made carbonara.
There are NO leftovers, everyone was licking their plates.
I used a little over 1lb of pasta, 4 eggs, and about 1 1/2c of parm.
Used 12oz of center cut bacon- cuz you can't have too much bacon. Ever.
Added a couple Tb's of sundried tomato- very nice addition, really came out.
So rich, so delicious. Will make it at least one more time. This week."
