This was my first time to spin sugar. I followed the directions exactly and it came out perfect. I wrapped a rolling pin with parchment paper, then spun the sugar onto it. Now I have a tub of spun sugar to set on top of a pie that I am making for Thanksgiving. Thank you Toni and Ina for this idea!"
