“Excellent taste but mine came out watery. I would let the broth cook down a bit, or if at the end you have a watery stew just add a cornstarch slurry. Easy and pretty fast to make as far as actual work time."”

“Delicious. I had to cook it for an extra 10 minutes, then it was perfect. Be sure to check it carefully or you will have a soggy wet mess in the middle. The cake was extremely moist and of course the frosting very good.
This is not a bar, it's definitely a pumpkin cake. Next time I will just pop it out of the pan and frost...”

“One co-worker called these the best she's tried...ever! I added chopped walnuts inside, and sprinkled the top with chopped up granola (to make smaller, more consistent pieces, then mixed with brown sugar.) Did not use coconut or dried banana chips. As it calls for, I filled the muffins to the top and they cooked in approx 28 min.
