First time making any sort of Asian soup. It was really easy and super delicious. I would add more carrots. I used jalapenos instead of the habanero for the sake of my kids but the soup could have used some more heat. Did a huge pork roast for another preparation used the left overs for the soup so did not follow his pork spice and cooking instructions....

Good solid recipe. Prep work is a lot but as soon as all the dicing/chopping completed, the dinner goes together fast. Perfect for prepare ahead and cook when get home from work type of meal. Would make again with the following changes. Less chicken more veggies for sure as other reviewers indicated. The ratio was a bit off. The egg/corn starch...

Good recipe but not outstanding. Prior to making, I thought the recipe itself might be bland, then I read the reviews. It is bland not in a horrible or digusting way just needs some additonal salt and pepper. Everyone at our Easter brunch loved it but everyone put additional salt and pepper to taste. The swiss really helps but next time I migh"

Fabulous recipe!!! Don't be scared by the fresh pumpkin. Use a small pie pumpkin. I cut the pumpkin in half and then used a potatoe peeler to peel the skin. Easy breezy. I then used my food processor. And voila fresh pumpkin. Took less than ten minutes to process and worth every minute. Had extra pumpkin left over which I froze for future...

Easy recipe but on the bland side. I doubled the onions, peppers and spices. I also included cayenne and red pepper flakes. I topped with pepper jack cheese. Then it finally had some flavor.
