"This is a complete home run! I made it for a Christmas appetizer. Prepared the bread ahead of time. Everyone loved it. I put the leftovers in pasta for the next day. I recently made it fresh and added pasta. Both preparations are great. This is a keeper and soooooo easy."

Reviewed Scalloped Potatoes
"Good recipe but not outstanding. Prior to making, I thought the recipe itself might be bland, then I read the reviews. Reviewed Spinach and Bacon Quiche
"Nice quiche. Used deep dish pie pans so required additional filling and longer cooking times. Varied the ingredients since I was making four for Easter brunch. Loved the sausage and pepper jack combo. Very easy to cook. And delicious reheated."
Reviewed Carrot Cake
"Excellent. So moist. I doubled the seasonings which added more punch. I even added some pumpkin on the second cake when I ran out of carrots--still great. Very easy. Not sure how some reviewers had difficuly with this recipe."
Reviewed Pumpkin Bread
"Fabulous recipe!!! Don't be scared by the fresh pumpkin. Use a small pie pumpkin. I cut the pumpkin in half and then used a potatoe peeler to peel the skin. Easy breezy. I then used my food processor. And voila fresh pumpkin. Took less than ten minutes to process and worth every minute. Had extra pumpkin left over which I froze for future applications. I took the bread to a party--huge hit with everyone. This bread is not too sweet. Doubled the spices. No seeds. I will make again and again!
