This was great gluten free! I used Bob's Red Mill pizza crust mix and baked it a little thicker than I would for pizza. Get it NICE and crispy - so cook it longer than directed. Then cut it up and follow the directions on the recipe. Even better the next day in the toaster oven!"

This is our favorite Giada recipe so far. Everyone in the family loved it for Sunday dinner this week. We made it exactly as directed - but Trader Joe's didn't have frozen artichokes so we used canned ones chopped up. LOVELY!"

Reviewed Peanut Butter Cookies with Blackberry Jam

LOVED these. We made them gluten free easily (in case anyone is interested). I used 160 grams (I use a scale) of equal parts sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato starch and sweet white rice flour. I also added 1 tsp on xanthan gum. These cookies are PERFECT gluten free. Everyone loved them so much I am making them for a potluck tomorrow night"

Reviewed Omelet with Strawberries

Our whole family really enjoyed this! We made if for brunch today - loved the mint and think I would add some lemon zest to the strawberries next time to freshen it up a bit. We did add the whipped cream - just a touch that melted over the omelet. My grandmother used to make me jam omelets as a young child. I loved the dressed up version. Love"
