Reviewed Cider Glazed Turkey

"Made this for our Thanksgiving yesterday. Brined it for 24 hours and followed the recipe as written with one exception. Stuffed the turkey with a large onion also. I thought the brushing of the turkey with the canola oil, black pepper, and poultry seasoning made the turkey skin darken much more quickly, but then I covered it with foil to prevent it from getting very dak.

Everybody else thought it was the best Turkey they had ever eaten. Request are in for next year.
