Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake

"Very good cheesecake. I did not give it 5-stars because I have some issues with the recipe itself. Here are some recommendations:
-Use a paddle attachment instead of a whisk to ensure even mixing
-The crust has too much butter. You could use 2/3 of a stick of butter and get better results
-Bake the cheesecake in a waterbath for 1 1/2 hours then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in for an additional 1/2 hour with the door shut.

Following the directions and only baking for an hour would be disasterous. It was uncooked at that point and completely "jiggly". Great cheesecake if baked longer!
