Reviewed Low Country Cookies
"probably the best recipe i have had for cookies/sweets in the last few years. absolutely delicious...and foolproof/easy to make. SOOO TASTY. very fattening though! So i dont recommend this if you are not making it for a party or a group of people..you will end up eating half of them!
Reviewed Portobello Mushroom Lasagna
"I'm sorry but as much as I love Ina Garten, this recipe is absolutely horrendous. I have made many of her recipes and this one came out awful. I followed the recipe exactly to how she writes it. The nutmeg taste is WAY too overpowering, after all this is mushroom lasagna, not eggnog, so why on earth is there so much nutmeg? I would either leave out the nutmeg and maybe add truffle oil, which would complement the rich, buttery taste since truffles are mushrooms. Instead of using the olive oil, I think it would taste much better with substituting truffle oil for olive oil, and secondly omitting or halfing the nutmeg. The recipe cost me about $22 to make.
