Reviewed Posole Mexican Lasagna

"Really good and while it was a fair amount of work and mess, with very little extra effort I actually made two large ones and froze one. A few weeks later when you have the frozen one - no work at all ! I also served a little red sause of some kind on the side - like an enchilada sauce. It froze and cooked up very well. I'm getting ready to make it for a second time. "
