Reviewed Fresh Pasta Rollatini with Spinach and Ricotta

"How about keeping reviews about the food? It's seems mean spirited and a waste of time to make negative comments about Raffy (or anyone else). When families stand elbow to elbow in the kitchen the main ingredients are humor, love, connectedness and yes, sometimes competitiveness and tension... all in the name of sharing family memories and good food. Be a critic of the food, not the people...life's too short, try the recipe! I'm willing to bet Raffy doesn't have a "bitter" bone in her body (just her dried lemons) yummm!

"Delizioso! Perfezione! Thank you Giada and Raffy. Don't mess with the ingredients or the instructions. I made 2 recipes - one Giada's method, and one I foolishly thought I could improve upon. This is a Giada recipe to be followed exactly. Seriously, don't change a thing. I agree with Raffy about the cheese cloth (sorry Giada. I think an old flour sack kitchen towel would work better for this purpose. The cheese cloth does stick and leave tell-tale marks. How about a new De Laurentiis show... cooking with Raffy? you make a great team. Share more of these wonderful family memories, recipes and humorous moments with your fans. Bringing family together in the kitchen with recipes that span generations could be a lost art form. I would love to hear What Raffy really thinks about how Giada "changed" the recipe. Maybe an after show? Thanks for a great family afternoon in the kitchen!
